Turn Mjean is at Bush. At the time he was widely hailed and recognized throughout Congress and Washington as a person who really helped turn the course of the war. His system helped establish what is now the national research system of the United States. And essentially so many of the innovations that have helped the U.S., the world in science and technology for the 50 years after the war are based on his ideas.
