The body of the patient is usually dissolved, metaphorical, into bits and pieces of data that are processed by algoritms. So i think that artists are trying to a really put the body back into the picture. It's not like taking a picture, taking a photo, isn't it ry exactly? And i think, you know, it's er like the idea of using one's own body can also be thought as a sort of form of resistance.
