The Importance of Thinking About Your Practice Area
I think people get caught up in the idea that you need to have as many interviews as possible, but they forget to think about what the actual firms do. I remember prepping thinking, I do not want to do litigation defense. That is not something I'm going to feel good about going to work every day. And then I realized that everybody ends up at one point or another working on tobacco litigation defense. It just wasn't the right fit for me.
