It's interesting that we talk to builders all the time and everyone without exception is building homes for the wealthy, or make mansions as Paul Sweeney likes to call them. How does that get solved? No, it's a great question. Basically, the market has been disincentivized to focus on entry level housing, even for middle class people. And I think that's where we see a real market opportunity in focusing on lower income housing, especially in blighted neighborhoods of Baltimore.
