The Importance of Understanding Your Audience

Right now is the most important time to understand what the black community is going through. We have a deep rooted understanding of our values and our purpose so that we can stand for them when the time is called. The second reason why I've gotten involved was because I understood that a deeper understanding of my audience will help me serve them at the highest level. And the third reason that I got involved was because this is about personal growth. This has been hard, but it's been nowhere near as hard as the challenges that the black community have faced for such a long time.
