Moore: The board is looking less and less court like every day as an institution. He says the individual decisions about pieces of content, unsurprisingly, a turning out to be completely irrelevant. And so they've started holding question and answer sessions with the board to discuss policies. Moore: That's starting to look very uncourt like, like if a judge went and found one of the parties to a case and justjust sat down with them and had a chat about what they had been doing. But that would probably raise a lot of thoughts about how facebook and id should work together.
