Is Technology Net Positive or Net Negative?

I think technology is being used for some very negative things, but in aggregate, it's very positive. And that's what I see with Do Not Pay. We're trying to bring the positive aspects of technology to the legal system. It's already being used in the negative aspects like algorithmic sentencing and things. So we want to give that power to the consumer.
