President Trump's Statement on the Espionage Act

Governor says he's been everywhere in the first week of his presidency. He was surprised that President Trump didn't wing a speech on his birthday after being indicted for espionage. The president is wrong about Espionage, but right about Presidential Records Act and DOD documents, governor says.
