I just think it's like a banana in the tail pipe, the carbon monoxides feeding back into the system. And public opinion is becoming dumber as a result of it. Some of these people don't know how to be legislature. I'm not saying it's good because it yields policy resorts - i'm saying it'sGood because there is no consensus in the country. There is great division in the country and that the system reflects that. It was appropriate that congress should be largely impotent under donald trump,. who had a reasonable house majority but small majority in the senate.
