What's the Housing Bubble Like to Day's Market?
Selling a house in the barriar. state can take up to 40 days, but it's selling in four or five days before. The quality of mortgages that are being made is much lower than when housing was at its peak. It used to be that anyone with a heart beat and smile could get a mortgage. But price wise, and how quickly things go in the bidding wars are crazy. And so we have this kind of like stale mate between sellers and buyers.
