Sleep Is Important for Brain Function and Emotional Function

When we don't get good enough sleep, there is a measurable drop ind cognitive decline the next day. There's also a measurable increase in emotional activity. We are more stressed and have higher levels of cortesal and stress harmones in our system. I'd love to hear your insights on on sleep and sleep quality in particular.
