The Importance of Intent in the Criminal Justice System
I look back at it now after going through your work and I'm thinking to myself, what emblazes were they doing? Clearly that was not my intent. It's basically a hoax on the tax paying public who think that they're paying their police and their courts to protect them when in fact it's a lot of make work. The system doesn't punish this kind of official behavior. And it should. Riverless prosecutions, prosecutors and police should be penalized for it. But instead it's business as usual and let's get the doc and clear it up. That's what happened to you.
