Kendy got pulled over allegedly because she had a broken windshield, which she did not. She was just driving home from arkansas to see her sick grandmother. They found a pot pipe in buried in the trunk below the carpet. And like so many people across this country, ends up, after a guilty plea, with a bill of a thousand dollars.
