The Role of Personality in Memory
I approached research in an empirical way for my hypothesis and then test them. Many of the concepts are greatly fitting with psychodynamics and psychological theory that has been developed independently. So what we propose as memories are changing, they're dynamic, and that we can modify them by retrieving them. These are ideas that do come up in psychoanalysis and different levels of awareness. I think it's fascinating to see how we arrive at the same conclusions through completely different methods.
