Coalition funds is money ear marked by the government to support public projects that this or that random m k or political party wants to support. It causes millions of sheckeles to be transferred from the public coffers to things that serve members of nested in their primaries, without any discussion about economic policy or priorities. The coalition met to divy up and parcel out two billion, 917 million shekels last week. That's 937 million dollars, or 807 million uro - a ship load of money.
