Ace of Hunches, I'm going to expect, is going to announce he's going to run tomorrow. Fannie Willis says she might not make a decision until the end of August on that. So how much longer can DeSantis wait? I really don't think any candidates can waste past the July 4th weekend just to meet the fundraising goals that they have to. The last Republican who won the GOP nomination without winning moderates during the competitive part of the primary was George W. Bush.
