The Educational Gap in Pre-Hospital Programs

I think you're highlighting what is a real educational deficit or an educational gap. We expect people to come out of our pipeline, not just capable of delivering medical care, but understanding some of the details of managing themselves and their team. And often those are concepts that are only being introduced late in the game as opposed to from a more sort of early and accelerated program. In pre-hospital programs that teach nurses, you know, paramedics and even nurses, I'd say they are even further behind the curve in the teaching of newer and upcoming clinicians.
