I think Scott Morrison deserves a good deal of the credit for driving this. He's not famous for his strategic vision and long term planning but between them, I think they did a lot of the lifting. It's important to recognize that since you and I last met in Sydney, there has been a significant shift. Back then it was becoming apparent to more and more Australians that Cold War II was underway.
