How Did You Get to Food?

ben: I began as an environmental historian coming out of bad school. And i focus tat on agriculture and chemistry to understand how people understand the land, how people came to understand the athrough new scientific methods and techniques in the nineteenth century. That environmental and agricultural interest eventually led me to teach them classes and work a lot with students on local food issues.
