Notre Dame in 2023
Notre Dame is not under nine and a half. They're playing three legitimate top 10 caliber teams. Can they count on the special teams? I'm not sure that could be the case. So, man, it always sounds like I'm negative about Notre Dame, but yeah, I'm a little bit more pessimistic in the market than everybody else, at least at this point.
