Josh mandel, who is running for the U.S. House of Representatives from San Diego, got into a heated exchange with fellow candidate Jad Vance. The two were arguing over whether or not he should stand up in front of his supporters and hit him on the leg. Mandel's campaign later denied that it was them calling him out like that.
