CEO Doug Yearly says in the release that many home buyers are on the sidelines, waiting for clarity on the direction of mortgage rates and the overall economy. Now down, he says they're not looking quite as good as they were in August. So again, going forward, he still says they still have a very strong backlog and well positioned for 2023.
