World distractions create a window for India

The world is distracted with multiple wars, shifting and fraying alliances and the return of hard power is only a greater reason for India to refocus within. It’s another crisis not to be wasted. We now live in a world order that will keep shifting. India must use this window. This also means we remain disciplined enough not to be knee-jerked into reacting to what Pakistan sees as its moment in the sun.
