It also highlights the growing role of venture-backed rollups, particularly with firms like General Catalyst backing this approach as a new investment category. But it is not without challenges. Changing operational behavior, integrating acquisitions, and maintaining service quality while scaling fast are all complex problems that cannot be solved by technology alone.
