Is the San Francisco Bay Area Getting Worse?

I just bought that house from an individual, kept my tenants there. But did any repairs that needed to be done? That was on the inspection report. So i did, i want to say, about 25 hundred dollars worth of repairs. I had to replace a kitchen or like where the sub floor was broted out, i had to replace that floor. We do that in california, that's a good ten thousand dollars, minimu. Well, not only that, but you got yu have to wait six months just to get the permitting to do it. You know, tha's a another issue i'm sure we can talk about but it is getting bad. Ee
