They say it's the diagnostic test of choice because you can potentially get a diagnosis, potentially get a biopsy and potentially intervene. The yield, they see stigma of recent head and range from anywhere from 30 to 80%, active bleeding in 4% in one study, and then actually intervene anywhere from like 3 to 6%.
