The Importance of Recognising Anxiety

A lot of the time when we feel anxious, often it's because it's something that we really, really care about. And so I like to think of anxiety as our body or our minds way of reminding us that this is just something that’s really important to us. We don't have to fear anxiety, but a long term strategy rather than saying you can avoid where you're feeling anxious might be a better plan.
