Code review is not going to find you bugs, the tests are. The important part in code reviews is asking the other person like, do you get what I wrote, right? That should be the level of abstraction,. Like, this is how I solve it. Do you get it? It's a relatively high level of conversation. And then the other person says that I think I don't understand this.
