The Ukraine Conflict and the Global Landscape of Commodity Trading
I don't think this conflict is really just about Ukraine and Russia. I think it's the beginning of a much larger trend where we're going to see more and more geopolitical tension in the world. The Ukraine situation, as far as their ability to export, began to emerge as an issue last year. It's going to continue to be an issue going forward into 2023-2024. But I think that between now and year end, we could see one of these events begin to actually prepare agricultural markets.
