The Succession Plan for Brighton's Manager
Brighton and Hove Albion have a clear succession plan in place. Roberto Dizerbi was the lead candidate to replace Graham Potter if he left. The former Shaktar boss has been at Brighton for just over two years. He joined from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk, who are currently 14th in Serie A.
