15% of our work force worked from home a hundred % of the time before the pan demic. We're not having any sort of mandated return to office policy. But as an example, if there's a team of eight or ten engineers and they that being together in person two or three days a week is beneficial, they'll make that decision. You now, many of them can live wherever they like. Obviously there 's some jobs that are goig to be required in a certain geography but we think it will just continue to contribute to the culture that we try to build.
