Putin's Assassination of the Crimean Bridge in Ukraine

General Armageddon now in charge of the conflict. Is it his style to wantonly bomb cities? Or is that just in this case, it might have felt like the best way for Russia to reassert its strength over the everyday population of Ukraine? I wouldn't say it's wantonly. It's purposefully, right? It's to terrorize the civilian population into submission to basically break their will to resist and completely zombify them through fear.
