Generation Z - What Do You Think?

I think that one of the most, I guess hopeful moments that I've had in a while was midterm elections at the end of last year. It is the 25% of this country that have megaphones and an echo chamber. But what about the 75% of us that are left living here on Earth one? You know, it's so wonderful that you ask me that question because that's literally the dialogue I've been having the last few days with colleagues.
