Jeff Nodes: The Supreme Court took this case because there's not really a split of authorities here. He says the Ninth Circuit wrote that Section 230 shelters more activity than Congress envisioned it would. "It seems to me like the Ninth Circuit left a lot of space for either the Supreme Court or Congress to step in and say, this is how Section 230 should be interpreted," he says.
