The Joy of the Lord Is Our Strength

The joy of the Lord is our strength. The second way that God makes us resilient disciples is that he gives us an undying purpose. Look at verse 21, Paul says, for to me to live is Christ and to die is gain. What a beautiful summary of the Christian life. If I've got Jesus, I've got everything I need. Jesus is enough. He gave all for me. I give all to him. And so church, regardless of your circumstance, you can choose joy,Joy in Christ will create a spiritual resilience in you so that you can be faithful to the end.
