Churchill's Views on Race and Ethnicity
Is it possible to unpick our response to someone like Churchill's views from the study of history? To what extent is that possible? I think we could certainly refine our views if people look at the actual evidence rather than the sort of media hype around these things. You know Churchill didn't like foreigners let's put it that way. Indians are obesity people with a beastly religion and remarks of that sort which he made partly to shock and irritate his old childhood friend Leopold Amory.
