Those Are the Ballot Access Laws That Are on the Books That Are the Motivation for Libertarian Candidates to Run for Office

libertarian has to turn in 25 000 signatures just to appear on the ballot for the same office that a republican and democrat needs to turn in only 3 000 signatures for. It's because of the suppressive ballot access laws that are on the books that keep them off the ballot. If these ballot access laws can be overcome by them getting a certain percentage of the vote then their campaign strategy would change dramatically they wouldn't be running.
