Richard Hoss: It's way too soon to say that the biden administration's widrawal has again, provided framework for future security. Joe bide wanted them out. He had wanted to do this since two thousand nine and he got as he got his wish. But i think people are spending too much time focusing on the details of the exit, rather than on the lessons of the larger policy where we got it wrong by trying to do too much, and then the last few years by doing way too little.
