Spurs' Decision to Move Abroad Seems Odd to Me

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is one of the most valuable free agents on the market if he doesn't go anywhere this summer. I just wonder whether Champions League aside, is he actually taking himself slightly out of the limelight? It would now come down to Harry Kane agitating for a move and publicly saying he'd want to go to Bayern. And I just wouldn't understand the thinking behind that.
