It went up to the court of appeal, i believe, the second circuit, was reversed, came back down. If she gets a verdict, and i believe that her lawyer is the same guy in the hallcogan case, if she get a verdict of a significant amount, it really is good a change cut on the b s that theNew York Times goes through.
