A couple of families moved here from South Africa neither the friends family had enough money to be able to invest themselves. So they combine their deposit and use their collective income to buy a rental property. They subsequently sold that I don't know five seven years later made quite a bit of money and took their deposits back along with the profits. That allowed them to go and buy their own houses respectively. Now let's just talk through what the process might be for this investor.
