Where's a Property That's Better Than Nothing?
Auckland is about 10% undervalued at the moment, with population growth of 28%. But house prices are high compared to incomes, and yields are low. So that's where I'd say, well, I like it's under valued. Okay, I don't like how affordable properties are,. they're really expensive, but actually, I can get something substantially lower than average. Am I right in saying that it's the most undervalued it's been in 30 years, based on this?
