Is There a Need for Tools for Productivity?
I think a lot of barriers were more psychological than practical. Because they're psychological, the perceived downside risk of being wrong handicapped a lot of people from innovated. It's not as if there were physical constraints on it. It was more of a mental constraint, but until there was no choice. And I think that's the part that's most missing and starkly lacking in remote work right now,. The joy of working with people, as opposed to just the productivity part of the role.
