Trump's Handling of Classified Documents, Including Military Secrets at His Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida
Jack Smith has asked Judge Aileen Cannon to schedule a hearing to discuss potential conflicts of interest in the case involving Trump's handling of classified documents. NBC News has learned the issue stem from defense lawyer Stanley Woodward's representation of Trump aid, Walt Nada, and other witnesses in the case.
