The Importance of Chart Analysis

I try to be very clear, at least in one of the crepuses I can't remember which book I said, a chart is just a chart artist. And if you rely upon charts and solely charts in your interpretation, you're going to fail. There's really three levels of chart analysis, I call it rather chart artistry. The third level is creating systems. And all my work is on the indicator level. So it's important if someone is getting into technical analysis,.
