More recently here in january 2023 you also released some additional research around loyalty again so can you share some highlights on this as well because there's a lot of insights between the two. There was like a little bit of a disconnect between what consumers wanted brands to focus on and then what brands were focusing on, he says. Customers are seeing a lot of brands do things right and then they're expecting all the brands they interact with to be doing those things but i think it goes back to really the fundamentals of marketing which is harnessing the data that you have bringing that together for better customer service.
