Uh, You Know, Polygraphs Aren't Reliable

In the early days, we did give some polygraphs. The results weren't that reliable, but the benefit from them was people thinking it was reliable and they would admit things. Now, in the last decade or so, I've basically had all these players forever. So, I don't really worry about this issue, uh, much anymore. Do you require everybody have some investment of their own in themselves or in the team?
