The Importance of Industry 4.0 Gap Analysis

When I came into the industry 4.0 topics are looking at the manufacturing side of things that see how we were going to do this. And what I noticed right away is that we had a huge discrepancy between what my sites were telling me they were capable of, and what I actually do they're capable of. From a technology standpoint, I'm like, you guys are nowhere near that level. Their processes,. yes, absolutely very much nailed in. They've been doing it that same way for years but their technology to drive that absolutely nonexistent or very, very low.
