Impeachment Is a Political Exercise
Impeachment is not a criminal trial, it is a political exercise. There is no jail time imposed by an impeachment or a subsequent conviction in the senate trial. It is a political damnation. What's really happening here? Group think, spineless people up on capital hill who have no interest in unity whatever. As i said to you, and i set on fox the other day, and i'll say now, and i sait on my show, there are no principles at stake. No one i know in any way even remotely, is sanctioned what happened on wed Wednesday. If you do, i don't want to know you any more.
