You're looking out for one hour Exactly and then you know and then take a break and when you come back to it later And you're like refreshed you're you're gonna be surprised about how much easier this looks how much you know If it's the strategy or you know, whatever you're studying It's gonna make much more sense when you comeback to it later I think so
